Location
The office is located at Riverview Wellness at 321 Main Street, in Winooski, Vermont. More specific directions to the office and information about parking can be found in your booking confirmation email.
Sickness Policies
Masks are highly encouraged during your session. If you have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment, even if you test negative for Covid-19. If you test positive for Covid-19 and you are symptom-free, please reschedule your appointment. These policies are in place to protect both myself and my clients. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation and Lateness
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee. If, by chance, the appointment can be filled, the fee will be waived.
Cancellation Fee Structure:
48 hours or less: 50% of session
24 hours or less: 100% of session
If you are late for your appointment, the session will be shortened, but we will do what we can with the remaining time. You will be charged the full amount of the session. If you are more than 20 minutes late to a session that is a part of a series, it may be necessary to schedule an additional appointment to make up for the lost time.
