Private virtual sessions are an accessible way to work with me:

-Myofascial Self-Care for pain management, increased range of motion, and workout recovery

-guided Neurovascular Release techniques to relieve tension and support the nervous system

-practices for building Proprioception, Interoception, and increased overall embodied awareness

-Fascia-Focused movement practices for increased mobility, and stability 

-Strength Training to support stability and work with common postural patterns.
