 COVID-19 Updates and Policies

The office will be re-opening after July 1st. In an effort to keep myself and my clients as safe as possible, I will be following the safety recommendations from the state of VT, and I appreciate your patience as we navigate new protocols.
What to Expect:

-I am not able to offer same day appointments at this time. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance

-Our waiting room is closed for the time being. Please text or call me when you arrive in the parking lot or outside the building, and wait for my reply that I am ready to see you. This will allow less contact between clients.

-Masks are required upon entering the building. I will also be wearing a mask and a face shield through the entire session.

-Anyone who has travelled out of state must complete a 14 day self-quarantine in Vermont prior to scheduling an appointment. If you are hosting someone from out of state (even a returning college student), you must observe a 14 quarantine after they have left before you can schedule an appointment.

-If you are feeling sick, or have been in contact with anyone who is sick, please stay home and reschedule your appointment, even if you believe you only have a cold. Please observe the 14 day quarantine and get tested.

-A health screening will be required at the beginning of each appointment, that will include taking your temperature with a no-contact forehead thermometer. If your temperature is over 100 degrees, we will reschedule the appointment.

-I will be closely monitoring my own health. If, for any reason, I have concerns about my health, I will reschedule appointments accordingly.

-All blankets, sheets, towels, etc. will be changed between each session.

-All frequently contacted surfaces will be sanitized between each session.

-Fresh air will be circulated through the room between each session.

-I will ask that you wash your hands as soon as you enter the building

-I will be taking all forms of payment, however, cashless transactions are preferred by the state of VT. I highly encourage you to schedule through my website and prepay for your appointment. I can also accept cash, check or Venmo.

-It is required by the state that I keep a log of all client names and contact information for 30 days, in the event that the Department of Health needs to do contact tracing.

If you are uncomfortable making in person appointments at this time, I am offering consultations for self-care via Zoom. These include Neurovascular Release, self-massage and myofascial release techniques, yoga, and movement. You can also check out my classes under the YOGA tab. I'll be offering several workshops this summer teaching myofascial release techniques that you can do yourself.

Wishing you well,
