The office is located at Riverview Wellness at 321 Main Street, in Winooski, Vermont. More specific directions to the office and information about parking can be found in your booking confirmation email.
Masks are required to enter the building and for the duration of your session, regardless of vaccination status. If you have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment, even if you test negative for Covid-19. If you test positive for Covid-19 and you are symptom-free, please reschedule your appointment. These policies are in place to protect both myself and my clients who are immuno-compromised. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation and Lateness
You may cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice without charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the service. Exceptions will be made for emergencies.
Cancellations due to illness: if you have symptoms of illness 48 hours before your appointment, please reschedule. Please DO NOT wait until the day of to see how you feel. Kindly allow me enough time to fill the appointment slot. In the event of an emergency, please contact me as soon as you are able.
If you are late for your appointment, the session will be shortened, but we will do what we can with the remaining time. You will be charged the full amount of the session. If you are more than 20 minutes late to a session that is a part of a series, it may be necessary to schedule an additional appointment to make up for the lost time. All clients are required to keep an up-to-date credit card on file. This information is safely stored. By scheduling an appointment with me, you are agreeing to all of the above policies.
