6 Week Session
January 20-February 24, 2023
A slow, beginner strength training class with a focus on building physical stability and proprioceptive and interoceptive awareness (awareness of body in space and inner body awareness). Strength training can be a powerful embodied resource. Developing a relationship with physical effort can support the nervous system in navigating the stressors of everyday life, increase adaptability, and expand our capacity for living.
Note: Registration closes an hour before each class. If you register after 8am on the day of the class, the link to the recording will be emailed to you and will be available for 30 days.
